how to install with XAMPP

I am new!

And I like jira,confluence,stash ,they are cool! if I install all and start them ,then will see 3 tomcat start and take up a lot of memory

I use xampp and it has tomcat and I want to know how to integrate JIRA,confluence and stash and maybe can start only one tomcat?

Generally, it is not a good idea - you should have own tomcat server for each application (as these applications are quite large by themselves)
