I have a few question to jira service desk , do I need help 

 

1 -How to make a field mandatory .

 

2 -  I have a button with several answer how to do if one tick a box one can not tick another box

 

3 - And  How to reorganize the fields of a page

While you can make it "Required", generally you want to avoid this because it will be required forever by all projects that use it. Sometimes that is desired but not often. The other way, and most common method, is to make it required on a give screen and transition. For example, making the Resolution required when in an issue to Done. You can do this in the workflow:

1. create a screen that has the field included
2. edit the workflow
3. edit the transition(s)
4. add a Validate step for Field Required
