Specify cron expression on due dates and other dates

Question

Is there a way to specify a cron expression for due date? Something like: 0 0 0 ? MAR,JUN,SEP,DEC 5#2 2019 would be ideal for an issue due date on the second Thursday of a specified month after that creation date. Or at least allowing this advanced cron expression to be added in any Date field in Jira?
