I just upgraded from Confluence 6.2 to 6.13 and no longer able to access a draft I have that is unpublished. Thoughts?

Could the draft have been saved as Untitled?

@[deleted]I do see 2 or 3 other drafts that are saved as Untitled, but the one i am most concerned with is titled. As a side note, I am not able to discard those Untitled drafts either. I am a space admin in the two spaces that these drafts are in.
