Bitbucket login infinite redirect

Question

I am unable to login into bitbucket.  I try to login with my gmail account and it goes into an infinite loop.  I read in another forum post that it has to do with teams account and it requires invalidation of my email address.  In that case, can you please invalidate my email address?  To whom should I contact for help?

I have submitted a support request on your behalf to have this issue looked into. The issue seems to be rooted in the fact you are a part of a team but the team itself does not have a valid email address causing your account to endlessly loop when authenticating.

This did not work.  Even after I log out, when I try to re-login by going to bitbucket.org, I get into an infinite loop.  Can anyone re-set my account?

Hello Venky,

For Bitbucket cloud, you will need to log out of Atlassian ID to resolve your infinite redirect login issue with Bitbucket. To do this please follow these steps:

* Navigate to https://id.atlassian.com and once there please log out.
* Once logged out, close out of your browsers.
* Once all browsers have been closed navigate back to Bitbucket and attempt to login again.
