Plugin to set a password to an issue or project

unknown

Good afternoon,

I´m searching something to protect my issues or projects with passwords, I have search all the morning long but I didn´t find what I expected.

Do you know a JIRA plugin or another way to protect an issue/project with a password ?

Thank you.

Hi @[deleted]

It seems odd that you want to protect a project or issue with a password.

JIRA is protected with usernames and passwords.

If you setup your project correctly with permission schemes, and restrictions, followed by adding the correct people to the correct user roles, You should be able to restrict the access to the people that need to be able to view the issues.

For as far as i know there is no plugin that would bring this kind of functionality to JIRA, it would not make sense. It would brake the functionality of filters, dashboards, boards,
