Table of Contents?

Question

I inherited Confluence Atlassian and trying to figure out what has been done and how. When I click on one of the pages, it looks like there is a table of contents or perhaps it's just a list of all the documents in that page and each document has a link? The other page does not although documents have been uploaded to that page. Please tell me how this list was created. I have more pages to create and would like them to be consistent. Check out this tutorial.  Make sure the toggle in the top right corner is set to the version of Confluence applicable to your organization:

* Cloud if your Confluence URL ends in .net
* Server if your Confluence URL ends in .com (the version number will be at the bottom of any of your Confluence pages)
