How to setup the Custom Field where I need a drop-down list of all jira projects ?

I want to setup the dropdown list to the custom fields in Customer portal for all projects in the Jira Service desk

You can add a "project picker" custom field. I'm not sure it can be used directly in the service desk portals though.
