Hi Karthick,

What a pain that this isn't working for you anymore. Let's see what we can find out.

Can you let me know the following?

1. Your Confluence version
2. Does this occur on multiple computers?
3. For all users?
4. For all document types?
5. Most importantly, we need to check out the Confluence Server Logs to see what error is causing the NPE. Can you tail that server log and trigger the error again, letting me know what stacktrace you receive? That will help to understand the issue.
6. Lastly, let me know if you're behind a firewall or proxy, and if bypassing that resolves your issue.

Regards,

Shannon
