I want to automate a process so that a user can request a guest WIFI code in JIRA and have a response with the info they need.
How do I go about this?
I would say Jira admin settings and automation may be your friend but it depends, do you want Jira to generate a code?
To use automation you'd need a specific issue/form or users to use a set subject for it to pick up on
