We have started to use Confluence labels for organizing and searching our pages.
- A co-worker using Jira asked me about keywords and labels in Jira.
From what I can tell, Jira keywords are more strictly regulated than Jira labels, but I could not understand how or if there is any relationship between Jira labels and Confluence labels.
- Are they one or separate namespaces?
- Are there any plans to unify the namespaces given that these are both Atlassian products?
- What are the recommendations related to Jira labels versus Jira keywords?
