*Blocker* generally means an level higher than "critical", hence an issue with blocker priority can't move forward unless fixed and it's very critical for the business to fix the issue. So in these cases blocker priority is used.

With support for our products, "blocker" means a bug that makes it impossible to use the product again. There is no workaround.
Minor and trivial are for us tipical errors in graphics for example - something is a few pixels aligned elsewhere, or there is an extra space in the text.
If you want to edit the priority can be set in the settings Jira.
