Hi,
In Comment @username function is not working as expected. After selecting the username from the drop down instead of getting highlighted Username of the person it turns as [~username].

This could happen when you do not have the Browse user permission.
As an admin: Go to "System" ==> "Security" ==> "Global permission"
Check the groups that are added to "Browse user"
Is your account added to 1 of those groups?
