I want to notify my reviewer about my draft changes in Confluence pages and get them reviewed without disturbing the other contents that are already published in Confluence CMS.
Hi @Anand Rajaraman
I don't believe there is an out of the box solution for what you are requesting. Watchers won't be notified when you make draft revisions.
You might benefit from looking at 3rd part tools for publishing.

@Anand Rajaraman - @Jonathan Smith has made a great suggestion, but you may also want to look at Comala Publishing, which allows you to separate your draft and published content into separate spaces.
Thanks @Jonathan Smith and @Mike Rink for your feedback. @Mike RinkCan you share the exact help URL that shows the separation?.
@Anand Rajaraman hopefully this is what you're looking for: https://wiki.comalatech.com/display/AHP/How+Comala+Publishing+works
