The Customer who raise the request have an ability to close request by this the customer will consume the license ?
Admin can configure theWorkflow to allow customers to close/cancel the request. Any customer who has an access to the request (reporter/participant) can perform such action from the Portal. Jira Service Desk customers do not consume license.
