Error while trying to create a new space in confluence

Hi, I tried to create a new space in confluence but I am getting the error in screenshot attached below.

Can someone please tell me how to fix this...:-(

Long shot, but do you have permissions to create a space?

I am having admin rights but still not able to create a space
