Service desk - exocet

Question

I am using jira and service desk. we have the add on EXOCET to synchronized the tickets with jira issues.

My problem is when i EDIT a comment from Jira the comment does not change on ticket on Service desk .

Any solution?

Have you tried contacting the vendor for support? The app is now called Copy & Sync, and you can contact support here: https://support.elements-apps.com/portal
