I would like to create one working file. This will be excel format. I know there is the Atlassian Companion app which can help however I would also like to have the added feature of knowing who did what changes. Is there a way to do this, please?

Which information do you want to extract exactly? There is the user activity. There you find the users last activites on pages and blogs. Would that be enough?
