As per the attached, is there a way to display the JIRA numbers for the Sub Tasks on the Epic?

Hi Dave,

You can use our Intelligent Reports plugin to create reports based on epics, tasks, sub-tasks etc. Simply design the output format you want in Microsoft Word and then use simple point and click rules to fill in the information and numbers you want from JIRA.
