Question about the last Customer Portal version. Is it possible to have a Wysiwyg editor for clients? Also with possibility of copy/paste an image.
I don't know if rich text is an option for text fields, but pasting an image is possible by simply adding the Attachment field to the request screen. This works for Jira Server, but I'm not positive about Jira Cloud.
