I saw that information. But this is not my question! ;-)
It was a paying app with ridiculous high prices after the release of version 3.0
My guess: Mail.ru withdraw it from the marketplace.

Today we received the information that the add-on will be available soon @ Atlassian Marketplace.
It was renamed.
