I try to change the type of my Story-part to Story but the Story is not listed in change. I have tried even with "move" but the same thing is there. It's not listed there.
Anyone know how to change it?

It sounds to me like you are trying to convert a sub-task issue-type (story part) to an issue issue-type (story). You cannot do that by editing the issue type or even moving the issue, you have to use "convert to issue" from the tools menu.

When you try to move the issue what is exact error you are facing, don't you see the listed issue Types of the target project?
