Anyone know how to troubleshoot tickets not appearing from An Overview Dashboard

Question

A user has set up an Overview Dashboard which shows all tickets for several projects.  The problem is when a ticket gets changed to a status of " Waiting for Customer", those tickets disappear from her dashboard.  Any idea on how to have these tickets appear.  Thank you.

Hello @Walt_Roe,

The first source of problem I could see would be the filter used in the dashboard for the gadgets.

You should verify the filter and make sure that no status is filtered out!

For example if the jql is something like : "project in (abc, def, ghi) and status in (open, "In Progress")"

Then the issues with the status "Closed" will not be displayed in the dashboard.

Is there an issue security level set when the issue transitions to this status? This is the one thing I know that could cause the behavior you mentioned is you are using Jira as is out of the box.
