Activity Stream: Sorry, we cannot load this activity due to an error.

Recently, I have been seeing more and more entries in my activity stream that say, "Sorry, we cannot load this activity due to an error."

I can't find anything wrong with the issues that are showing this error. I've also ran an integrity check and indexing and still randomly see the error.

Any ideas?

There should be an error in the JIRA logs.

Can you up the logging level on Jira to DEBUG and see if you get some more details?

What's your version of Jira?

Is it every issue/project or just these two? Could it be something in the action that is doing this (e.g. comment data)

Perhaps you could try performing a full re-index of your instance, and see if the problem persists?

I have re-indexed multiple times under /secure/admin/IndexAdmin.jspa and am still seeing the issue.

I just encountered this error for the first time. It might have been related to the fact that I logged a defect with someone other than me as the reporter. Also added the reporter as a watcher.
