Logged in uesr only see his/her issues, easy but...

Question

I am setting up a board and I need to make it so that the logged user only see his/her issues, for example, a customer logs in to see how his issues are going.

The customer has to be able to see his/her but not any others, and should not be able to change "filter"

Is this possible and if so how do I solve it?

Hi @macmattias

I believe what you are looking for is for the "Issue Security" setup, you can set there who can view every single issue based on the security scheme defined.

So first, you need to set Project permissions and then configure the Issue Security according to your team groups, etc. In Issue security, you can configure that the issue is available by Reporter and assignee and then by defined groups (developers, etc). In this way, you ensure only reporter (your customer) can see its own issues.

You should add Reporter to the Browse Projects permission together with the development group
