Does Git Integration for Jira support Development column in Jira Release Hub

Hi Team,

 

Git Integration for Jira is great at most part especially for its easy setup steps for most git platforms. While here is one small problem:

Is it possible get the Development column in Jira Release Hub, as below images shows?

 

I think it should be a feature based on Jira DVCS, which is not used by Git Integration for Jira, so the answer is No?

Hi @forvenus - 

My answer is going to presume that you are asking about Jira Cloud - if you are using Jira Server or Data Center - please let me know.

The Git Integration for Jira app for Jira Cloud will support seeing the Development column in the Jira Release Hub sometime in 2019.

HOWEVER - our new app on the Atlassian Marketplace - Dev Info for Jira Cloud has many of the same features and all of the same integrations as the Git Integration for Jira app - and does support the Development column in the Release Hub.

Other distinguishing features of Dev Info for Jira Cloud:

- JQL support for searching for commits/pull requests

- Workflow triggers based on commit/branch/pull request creation
