Watchers plugin disbales automatically

I am using JIRA 6.3.1 with watchers plugin 2.5.13. Once enabled it gets disabled automatically in 20-30 seconds.

What plugin do you mean by "watchers plugin"? There are several.

What does your log file say about the disabling? It should tell you why it's doing it.
