How to create a new Project on Bitbucket?

I would like to create my own new project in Bitbucket. What are the required steps? Do I need admin right?

If you're using Bitbucket Cloud you'll only be able to create projects if you have a team account. Projects are not available for individual accounts. To learn more about projects, you can read Group repositories into projects.

If you're using Bitbucket Server, the instructions are explained at Creating projects.
