SLA values missing in issue subscription email

Why are my SLA times/values not displaying in my issue subscription email?

See screen shot below--it's from the email. When I view the filter in Jira, the values appear as expected. As you can see the issue type icons load just fine in the email so I'm assuming it's not an external images in email thing.

Anyone else have this issue?

Turns out it was a bug in 3.16.0 (server). Just upgraded to 4.0.0 and that did the trick.

@Andrew Januszak , if you go to the detail view for one of the issues, e.g. LTS-1072, is the SLA shown? Are you sure that the specific issues actually meet SLA criteria?
