Cancel Request Customer Portal Missing

The Cancel Request option has disappeared from my customer portal. Do I have to enable something in order to see it?

Hi @HH

Does end-user meet the condition criteria for cancel button?
Please check the issue and the workflow in diagram mode whether approver cf includes end-user or not.
