Attempting to upgrade Confluence 6.9 to 6.14 on a local server, we are now unable to access the application. The error message previously on launching 6.14 was:
JDBC exception on Hibernate data access: SQLException for SQL [n/a]; SQL state [HY000]; error code [50000]; could not extract ResultSet; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: could not extract ResultSet
We see this is because we tried upgrading using the H2 database. We've now removed 6.14 and tried reinstalling 6.9, but now get this message:
type Exception report
message Confluence is vacant, a call to tenanted [public abstract org.hibernate.Session org.hibernate.SessionFactory.getCurrentSession() throws org.hibernate.HibernateException] is not allowed.
description The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request.
Any ideas how we can re-install and using the backups we took prior to all this ?
