Hi , Can someone please advise how can we do the resource planning in JIRA without using any plugin. If there is not any option and we have to go with plugin than could you please let me know the plugin of atlassian product to achieve it.

Hi @Ollie Guan , Thanks for your advise. Actually we need to manage our team resources and need to calculate the occupied percentage in specific project. Also i would lile to highlight that due to organisations policy it is prohibit to use any external tool or plugin but there is some chance of using any plugin from atlassian. Please advise if there is any.

it depends what you mean by resource planning.
Out-of-the-box you can use estimation for issues to 'size' them.

You could use story points, time estimates, etc.
Hi @Marty Thanks for your response. Actually we need to manage our team resources and need to calculate the occupied percentage in specific project. For example : resource A was engaged in project B & C and he is occupied 50 percent and he is free 50 percent so that we can identify and engage him into other stufs accourding to his utlization.
