Retrieving SAP data from Jira

Hi,

which is the best way to integrate JIRA with SAP?

We need to retrieve material codes information from SAP into JIRA issue's custom field but with the Database Custom Field this is quite impossible because of the huge number of records stored in SAP.

When you try to open issue create popup, the script break down due to the huge number of records that it needs to retrieve.

Any suggestion?

Hi @Pedro Cora [Atlassian],

I've already seen that page but if I have understood well, Streamwork allow only to render chart and gadgets with SAP information.

I need to have a multiselect list custom field in issue creation screen that retrieve data from SAP.
