Jira Data Center setup on Azure cloud infrastructure matrix

Hi,

 

We are planning to migrate on premise Jira server to Jira Data center on Microsoft Azure  and looking for details like infrastructure sizing matrix. Please help us with details like how many nodes,memory,CPU are required for certain number of users and how to scale the resources  when user base increase.
