how to integrate local JIRA with JIRA in clouds site:www.atlassian.com

Hi,

We have a local JIRA (5.0) installed, and one of our client also has a clouds version hosts by Atlassian. Could you please give me some advise on if it is possible to redirect the issues created in local JIRA to the clouds JIRA? Or is there a plugin for this purpose? Many thanks for your help in advance.
