Drag and drop issues to backlog problem

Hi all!

I would like to ask you a question about an issue I'm facing.

I created a new workflow for a jira project. Here are the 2 workflows our project uses.

And here is the board:
I try to drag and drop issues from "To do" to backlog. I tried without reopened under to do column but it doesn't work.
Any ideas?

In your workflow, you do not have any transition from 'Open' to 'to do' status.

Add a new transition from 'Open' status to 'To do' status in your workflow

Unfortunately it doesn't work.
