Switching from Zendesk to Jira Software

We are moving out of Zendesk and splitting it's behaviour into both Jira Software & Service Desk...just starting, hope everything goes well.

Honestly we are moving from JSD to Zendesk but I don't want to be near the trouble, I've hacked JSD too much to meet the business requirements :) )
