why i can't move cards from one list to another?

i'm working from the app. i'm tring to move the cards from one bord to the other. for some reason, i got a massge thet they moved, but without them actually moving, and than all the bords frizz...

It seems like a caching issue. Could you please restart your computer and try again?

i tried and it's not helping. i'm working from the website in my computer, and the app from my tablet, and its happening in both ways :(

I have the same problem. I was able to move one list without a problem. The second list didn't seem to work. I tried again, and then all cards on the board from which I moved a list could no longer be moved -- produces an error moving card. I am noticing that it only seems to affect the board that had a list moved from it, and the board to which a list was moved. Other boards are allowing card moves. 

I copied the offending board. That seems to have fixed this problem. Of course, that means I have to undo all Shares and card assignments -- not a good solution. Atlassian can you provide a fix that would avoid reconstructing the board?
