automation with adding checklists turning into cards

hi I want to run an automation that when a card with a checklist is added to a list, there will be created cards from the checklist items. But I can not seem the find that automation that converts items into cards?

Thanks so much, that worked amazing for me! I also automatically mirrored the new cards to another board. Do you know if it is possible to check the checklist items and automatically also check the new cards as done?
