Why I can't create more then 9 workspaces?

Yes I know the limit is 10 but when trying to add 1 more (I deleted several old ones) it is not possible. 
And I have had long time Trello account..

Hi @Frogi ,

The free plan is now limited to 10 collaborators and there is no mention of 10 workspaces, please check if the current user has reached the limit.

well  @Ollie Guan I know - the point was that the limit came already in 9.. so I can't create the 10th.
