What is the limit of actions that a scheduled automation can perform ?

I need to share a report on the "ongoing" status of a production flow.

To do so I pick up information on several lists, representing the production flow phases.

I have now 19 actions, when trying to add a twentieth TRELLO says "too many actions" and won't let me add the new automation.

Is this really the limit?
