My Trello login ID - the admin ID for our personal account - is an email ID that was accidentally duplicated by Google for another person's email address. Verification emails seem to be going to that other person's email address, and their mailbox is full, and I cannot reach them. I need to get the account admin switched off that email address, but I can't do it without verification to a mailbox I cannot access. Please help! Thank you! :)
You will have to work with Google to resolve that. Atlassian cannot change the email address for the account https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/recovering-your-trello-account/
Thanks for the quick response! I am okay with not changing the email address for the account - is it possible to just switch the admin for the account to another ID already on the account? Those are people with authorized access (my new email address is one of them, my husband is the other). Is that possible?
