Unable To Sync my Board

I'm having a problem with my board not syncing from only one specific device. 

I broke my phone not too long ago, and won't be able to get into for awhile, so I went to log in to trello on my second phone and computer, and neither of them have any of the updated content from the main phone that I added boards to.

I have tried logging in and logging back out, refreshing, it's as if none of the information from my phone has been logged into my account at all. 

I noticed this problem a while back, I do remember a while ago manually trying to sync from that main cellphone, but that did nothing. I wasn't really worried about the issue then, but now that my main phone is temporarily broken, I can't access any of my updated boards.

Hello @yesterdaysprincess 

If the updated boards only ever appeared on that original phone, then those changes were never synced to Trello’s servers.

That is why your second phone and computer do not show them. Those devices can only load what is already saved in your Trello account. Trello’s mobile apps can keep unsent offline changes locally and show them in the Sync Queue, while Trello on web/desktop needs an active connection and does not have separate offline board syncing like that.

If the old phone is still accessible later, open Trello on that device first, connect it to a stable network, and check for any sync activity or pending items in the Sync Queue.

That should be allowed to finish before logging out, clearing cache, or reinstalling, because those steps can wipe local changes that were never uploaded.
