Trello board close without any reason

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Our team board has been suddenly closed without any action from me or my collegues. I can still see it on "closed boards" area, however only an admin can reopen it and no one is mentionned (cf. screenshot).

How can I solve that issue?
