Trello - Teams Integration (Notifications ERROR)

Question

Integration of Trello in Teams. We have started to test it, and we are running up against the issue of notifications not appearing.

Currently, if we are tagged in any of the other Communications > Teams threads, we will get a notification at the top under ‘Activity,’ which we then know to action. We searched through Teams for a while, but couldn’t find a way to make notifications from Trello appear here.

I have already:
Checked that Notifications are enabled for the channel
Followed: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/the-trello-app-for-microsoft-teams/

But was still unsuccessful.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this?

Hi Muaath,

At the moment it's not possible to receive notifications through the 'Activity tab', you'll only receive notifications on the channel you added the Trello app and set it to receive notifications.
