Request to Recover Trello Workspace Admin Access

Hello Atlassian Support,

We are currently unable to access the Trello workspace because the only administrator has left the team.

The former member no longer remembers the password, and the password reset email does not appear to be arriving in the inbox.

There are still other members in the workspace, but none of them have administrator permissions.

We would appreciate your help in recovering access or transferring admin rights to another member of the workspace.
