I'm with Tiny Power-Ups and recently we've encountered issues with the Authorization page. Long-time users are suddenly prompted to re-authorize Power-Ups but when trying to do so, the page just gets stuck spinning after pressing the button.
We've been tirelessly searching for the issue but can't seem to find it. More users seem to experience it as time goes on, but it's not happening for all users and we've yet to be able to reproduce it on our end. One user even reported encountering it on their remote session but not when using their personal computer.
Is this happening for anyone else? At the time it started we had not made any updates in some time. Any clues as to what might be going on?
(I also have a paid workspace yet somehow cannot access the ability to submit a ticket).
Hey @samchop — I can see you were able to submit a support ticket, where we're already investigating the recent authorization issues with Tiny Power-Ups. We'll continue the investigation from there, as it will require us to exchange logs and internal information from our systems, but I didn't want to leave your community post unanswered!

We have been able to resolve the issue. In Forticlient DNS filter added a link with the action allow. Forticlient classified the link as phishing.

@samchop or @Gustavo Kindel I am having the same issue, I have tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge. Delete all cache, cookies, deactivated, tried to re-authorize it just spins blank on all of my tinypowerups. I also get an error when I click to manage my subscription, do you have any suggestions?

@samchop or @Gustavo Kindel
I previously reported the issue as resolved, but it is not really resolved.
It now works for a while (an hour) then it suddenly asks for authorization again. After authorization is sometimes goes through immediately other times, I have to close the browser and reset everything again for it to work.
Thus, if you have a real solution to this problem I would love to hear it.

Sabine, we have yet to find one definitive answer to issue, and it's becoming less likely that we will as the issue has been clearing up for most of the lingering instances that have been reported. You mentioned adding an exception in your DNS filter that worked for a while longer, and now works only for an hour. We have not changed anything on our end in this time. Is there any chance your IT dept could help us troubleshoot and see if there are other points where the *powerups.club any any subdomains are getting blocked? Since that intermittently worked for you that's the only real lead we have in your instance.
Since the .club domain was what was flagged in some filters we will be looking into migrating over to our other domain, however this will take sometime to ensure we aren't breaking anything else in the process.
Have you been able to access our Power-Ups on any other networks? Do you encounter the same issue?
