I paid for a subscription last year when I was working for a school district as an administrator. I paid for it out of my own pocket with my personal debit card. I guess that was my first mistake. I thought I cancelled the subscription before I left the job in October. But then, I was hit with a new subscription fee a few days ago for another year. I would like a refund of this full year amount. However, I cannot access my former account because I no longer have access to that email address and if I try logging in using that email account, it says it is locked.
It is so frustrating that in this day and age, we rely so much on technology that a human being cannot be called for a quick cancellation that would literally take 10 seconds to complete. Please someone call me or email me ASAP so I can get a refund. Without me working right now, I need every penny I have and paying for a service I no longer use is NOT something I want to do right now.
To better assist you with this, I have gone ahead and created a formal support ticket on your behalf.
