On my new phone, I did not have the 6-digit verification code set up on my Aujthenticator.

Now even when I login using my user and password, i cannot login as I do not have a 6-digit verification code or the 24 key recovery key.  How can I find the QR scan or the emergency key???

I’ve taken a look into your account, and since your account is managed by your organization, only your organization admins have the ability to disable or deactivate 2FA for you.

Here’s what you can do:

• Reach out to one of your organization admins and let them know that you don’t have a recovery key or the six-digit code. They’ll be able to assist you further by either disabling 2FA for you or making it optional.

• If you’re not sure who your organization admin is, please let me know. I can share their contact details with you via email (for privacy reasons, I’m unable to provide this information directly here).
