Is there a way to "lock" a card for only certain members to view?

Looking for a way to lock viewing & editing abilities for card on a shared board so that team members can only view lists they have been provided permission for. 

Ex: We have 7 team members on a board, each having their own card. Would like to avoid members viewing each other's card instead of creating a new board for each member. 

Not sure if this may be a paid option/extension.

Hi Alejandra,

Trello doesn’t currently let you lock individual cards or lists so that only certain members of the same board can view them. Normal board members can see and edit all cards on that board.

For your case, I’d suggest using separate private boards instead: one board per team member, with only that member and the manager added. Then the manager can use Mirror cards to bring those cards into one manager-only overview board.

Mirror cards are available in paid Workspaces, and the person viewing the mirror also needs access to the original board.

Ran into the same issue. There are a few power ups that get you close by sharing individual cards outside the board via web links, so members only ever see certain cards and never load the board itself:

• Card Share publish specific cards to a web portal where chosen people can view, comment, and edit selected fields without being Trello members. 

• External Share card share links with optional passwords and expiration dates: 

• Hidynotes adds private notes inside a card visible only to specific members. Doesn't hide the card itself, but useful if you just need to keep certain details private on a shared card.
